Mobile Madness is not a service provider, therefore there is no service contract involved when purchasing a phone from us.

The phones we sell are functional, call tested used cell phones.  All info from the previous owner is cleared off the phone and all phones are ready for activation. There are no contracts to sign or services to renew or extend. For CDMA phones, a simple call to your provider to activate the phone is all that's required. For GSM phones, simply pop in your SIM card and you're good to go.

All our phones come with a home or car charger, and a 90 day warranty which includes the battery.
We will repair or replace any phone found defective within 90 days of purchase. Mobile Madness buys and sells both new and used phones. We receive phones daily. If you have a phone 2 years old or newer, bring it in and see what it's worth.
Phones of no value will be recycled
